Refund policy
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your House of GL purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
- Eligible resolutions include a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchanges
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items or products purchased with discounts exceeding 30%
- Custom-made or altered garments
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or fragrance
3. EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email hello@houseofgl.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your Order Number, item details, and reason for the request
- Once approved, ship the item back within 5 business days
- After inspection and approval, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the issue via email
A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
5. STORE CREDIT
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- It can be used for any future purchase on our store
