Refund policy

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your House of GL purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
  • Eligible resolutions include a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchanges

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items or products purchased with discounts exceeding 30%
  • Custom-made or altered garments
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or fragrance

3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email hello@houseofgl.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your Order Number, item details, and reason for the request
  3. Once approved, ship the item back within 5 business days
  4. After inspection and approval, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue via email

A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.


5. STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • It can be used for any future purchase on our store
