1. SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We offer the following shipping methods across the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3–6 business days) – Free
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $12.95 (flat rate)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $19.95 (flat rate)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders above $120
2. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically processed the same day; however, this is not guaranteed.
- Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
- Delivery timelines may be impacted by weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak periods.
